Serve breakfast in a gazebo in a leafy backyard. Stride across flagstones and slip into a tranquil pool. Snooze in a hammock. Return indoors to cook in a family-style kitchen. Discover a spa-like room and relax in a hot bath, or daydream in a beautiful succulent filled garden.

Gorgeous guest home South of Ventura Blvd with parklike grounds and pool. Heart of celebrity studded Encino. Attached to the main residence by a sealed hall, this 5-Star oasis is a separate 1800 sq. ft. residence with own private entrance. Two queen beds, plus two pull out full sized beds and single mattress for kids. Sunlit ensuite-bathroom with double sink, large soaker-tub and shower upstairs. Dwn-Strs bathroom has large shower. Huge walk-in closet upstairs. Loft area with cathedral ceilings creates open feel for entertaining or relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with service for eight. 2 flat-screen T.V.’s with full list of Direc-TV channels and hi-speed internet access.
Shopping, restaurants, grocery, Starbucks and Jamba Juice less than a mile. Getty Museum and Universal Studios are a short drive, and Disneyland is under 45 miles. Close access to westside of Los Angeles (Beverly Hills, Century City, Santa Monica, etc.), and less than one mile from some of the best hiking trails in the city.

Located in an enclave of multi-million dollar residences, the Encino area is home to many celebrities, and is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Los Angeles. Explore close by Ventura Boulevard, a 20-mile stretch of shopping, restaurants, eclectic shops and more. Centrally located to Beverly Hills, beaches, museums and downtown, this area truly has it all.

Please note that we have 2 very friendly dogs that live in the main residence. They are NEVER allowed in the guest house, whether we have guests in residence or not. If you or your family has an allergy or is otherwise disinclined to be around dogs, it's quite easy for us to make sure that they are confined to areas where guests won't interact with them when they are coming, going or in the backyard. If not, and you'd like to meet our pooches, then "woof-woof," because they'd love to meet you!....

What an amazing place! It was so comfortable, yard was spectacular. We had a blast at Universal and then came back to a lush oasis where we enjoyed the hot tub and surroundings. Hosts were so friendly, just a great place!!

This beautiful home was as advertised. It is an amazing 2 bedroom loft style gated guest house.We loved the pool and hot tub in the back which was relaxing and refreshing after a day of sightseeing. Kat and Logan were extremely nice and very responsive to any and all of our needs. Would highly recommend this home and will stay here the next time we are in the los angelos area.

Peaceful retreat

Katherine and Logan have created a peaceful, relaxing, secure, comfortable and veery clean space. While our face-to-face was brief, they are very kind and respond quickly to any inquiries. The listing is exactly as described and as other reviews have mentioned, the backyard garden is gorgeous. The squirrels, hummingbirds, and birds enjoyed their morning as much as the guests. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds and a plus to have found a property with two bathrooms. The downstairs shower had great water pressure. I can't say enough positive things about the space and hope to return in the future.

Lovely Getaway

Our family had such a nice stay at Logan & Kat’s beautiful guest home. The yard is absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, & serene. What a gorgeous and clean home this was! Our family of 5 fit perfectly in this home, which was centrally located and a breeze to get in and out of. Just what we needed

We loved this house and property. There was such an attention to detail. Anything we needed was available. Beach towels, shampoo, full kitchen, bedroom set ups, living room areas, couches, anything we could think of. It was the most pleasant experience. Logan was so helpful for the pool and hot tub and restaurants. I couldn't imagine a more successful family vacation, because we had this house to come back to an relax between adventures.

Beautiful property and lovely owners!

An Absolute Oasis!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! It was very well kept and immaculate. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, yet close to anything we needed. Having never been to California before, we planned 1 tour or scheduled experience each day, and returned late afternoon to relax and recharge in the pool and hot tub. The backyard was our favorite spot! The gardens were outstanding! Perfect for morning coffee, making plans for the day, relaxing in the afternoon, and having dinner on the grill at night. Amazing Encino Getaway

We had a lovely stay with Kat and Logan. They are the most kind, helpful and communicative hosts. Their guest home is so warm and cozy and the backyard is breathtaking (you have to see it to fully appreciate its beauty and serenity). Amazing family vacation in beautiful guest house

We had an amazing time on our family vacation to LA with many thanks to Kat and Logan. They were attentive hosts, who provided many excellent ideas for places to visit, restaurants etc. and they made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay in their guest house. The neighborhood was quiet and their backyard was truly an oasis. We thoroughly enjoyed late afternoons/ evenings using the pool and hot tub, which were often shaded by that time of day which was wonderful as well. If/when we go back to LA, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Kat and Logan, for all that you did to make our stay special! Also, we highly recommend Anita La Momma Del Gelato on Ventura Blvd for the most amazing ice cream (gelato).

Succulent Stay near L.A.

We had a wonderful stay at Kat & Logan’s property. This ideal location gave us access to all of the things a tourist in L.A. would want to see for the first time. In the evenings we appreciated the succulent gardens and landscaping from the heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed being able to walk to the local stores and restaurants. The Perfect Oasis

This guesthouse is the perfect place for a family or couple to stay while enjoying LA. There is much thought put into all aspects: plenty of bath and beach towels, coffee and tea available, and lots of tips from Logan, our host. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. The secluded backyard garden and pool were a delight as we utilized it each day for a bit to escape the busyness of the city. I would come here again if I return to the area!

Phenomenol stay in an enchanted location

Couldn’t be a better location to see everything in the area. It’s 15-20 minutes from everything. The yard, pool area and hot tub are gorgeous and a hot tub after long days was awesome. Owners couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating. Best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Convenience was 100%. Food and Starbucks walking distance. So close to Ventura Blvd and Muholland drive. The whole experience felt like staying with family!!! Will definately come back
