Perfect for Business Traveler who likes more space
If you love a really neat historical building you will find this place completely charming and celebrating 100 years this year. Everyone I met in the building were so very nice. I was in town for a conference at the convention center and this VRBO is in the perfect location and easily walkable. I loved the safety aspects of the building and apartment as a female traveling alone. The unit is very well equipped with everything I needed as a business traveler (iron, ironing board, coffee pot and separate kettle for tea). The bed is very comfortable with extra blankets if needed. The wifi is excellent. The bathroom is very clean, well stocked, and in good working order. The kitchen also has everything I needed and I did use the stove, oven, kettle, and refrigerator. There is a perfect work space with a comfortable office chair. I also enjoyed being able to open the double doors to the little patio area. I tried both the Italian Cafe and the Steakhouse next to the building and both have amazing food with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again if business brings me back to Long Beach. Dani is a wonderful host.
