We appreciate all feedback from our guests to help us continually meet the high standards we set for ourselves. Occasionally, things do happen to challenge that. Our property is large and set up to accommodate 2 Airstreams on distant and opposite sides of each other creating privacy. As many of our reviews state, the guest house is also private, especially since we’ve added a standing wall and our hedge has filled in nicely. We do need to add current photos of that. Due to some very hot temps this month, we have had some algae that we are staying on top of by adjusting chemicals and by recently purchasing an automatic sweeper for inside the pool. The shower has a red temp. setting button you need to push in to adjust for a desired temperature. We usually tell people at check-in and have written verbiage as well. We do have a 10PM off time for the spa but sometimes allow guests to stay in and soak after the pump shuts off. We have recently upgraded to a new system that we are getting used to. We wish you would have mentioned the hot water because there is an adjustment on the shower dial that sets the temperature to your liking. Our place is very well suited for a couple as you mentioned. We have the pull out bed to accommodate children or a single extra guest. We’ve always been listed as a studio for 2 , but can accommodate 4. Thank you again.
