Spanish Style Apartment two blocks to the Beach
Charming 1920's apartment with balcony porch overlooking courtyard. Great vacation or staycation destination. We're one block to trendy shops, restaurants and pubs. Two short blocks to the beach and miles of walking and biking trails. Close to CSULB, Alamitos Bay, Shoreline Village and Marina, Convention Center, Pine Street, The Pike, Retro Row and Belmont Shore. You'll be less than 25 miles to Disneyland. Staples Center is approximately 25 miles. The boat to Catalina Island is nearby, as are Cruise Ship Terminals.
Your apartment is located on the second level above garages. There is a fully stocked kitchen with most utensils and place settings you may need. The bathroom has a shower over tub. Bedroom has a queen size bed, room darkening curtains and a step-in closet. Living room has a smart TV with Netflix, a desk, dining area and an alcove with a twin size bed. There is a laundry room with coin-op machines available for your use

Very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great location - short walk to many shops and restaurants. Friendly host. Would highly recommend for a lovely Long Beach visit.

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We lived for years in a nearby neighborhood, so we knew all about the quirks of this part of Long Beach (including the parking situation). But the street sweeping (Thur and Fri) isn't until later in the morning, which is better than where we used to live. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed—and the Keurig got a lot of use. TV was great and the internet was speedy. While we usually do hotels, this was the best rental we have had since these types of services started.

Thoroughly enjoyed it!Loved the location. Charming neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants, shops, beach, farmers’ market, and Marine Stadium.The apartment was clean, comfy, and perfectly appointed with everything we could possibly need.Nights were quiet . . . slept like a rock!The host was exceptionally responsive and a delight to engage with.Will absolutely be planning another visit!
