The place is spacious and clean, and it has everything you need to enjoy your time there. It’s also close to everything, so you don’t really need a car. The staff is very helpful and nice as well. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!

Staff greeted us kindly and helped us, did not expect the place to be so pristine and well maintained and spacious. Was genuinely surprised with the amenities that the place had to offer like the lounge on the 5th floor and the meditation room. Will definitely book here again when we visit LA again.

Room was way bigger than expected! The kitchen was such a bonus with a full sized fridge. Great view of the area through my window. Staff was super friendly and helpful! First time staying here and will be staying here from now on when I visit LA!

Old apartment building converted into hotel rooms. Bathroom and kitchen very modern w new appliances. Big space in the outer rooms. 1 Bedroom was small but fine for a night or 2. Located in the Diamond/Garment District, not the best neighborhood, but easy access to Chinatown, Union Station, downtown attractions.

Beautiful place as Home, the bed was very confortable, the pilows great, i Love the fragance of the soap and amenities. Very close to a metro station, rounded by manu restaurants.

The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very spacious and clean! We had a room with a queen bed and also a queen bed in the living area as a bonus we had a office space that we could use to work or just put our clothes away. The biggest drawback at this location is the parking, THERE IS NONE at the property itself but if you are not driving into the DTLA and are using uber it is in a good central location next to a market and plenty places to eat, drink or just hangout. Another plus is that there is onsite 24hour security.

The hotel is in a very central location. However, there are many homeless people in the city, and the streets smell bad. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I experienced internet issues on my floor, and they were unable to resolve them; however, I was able to use the lounge for free instead. The rooms are quite clean and do not have carpeting.

Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and neat. Very spacious. Staff was really nice and helpful during check-in and check-out. There is no parking with the hotel but there is a parking lot where we parked our car overnight and it is right around the corner. Only issue we had, not sure if it was just our room but, we couldn’t get warm water in the tub or shower. Asides from that everything was great.

Rooms were really clean and staff was very friendly. Didn't like that we couldn't park our car in front of hotel to unload our suitcases. Hotel did not provide parking. There was very limited parking. Very inconvenient check-in process.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever slept. I'm not used to the VIP princess treatment but I got it here. The room was so nice, I skipped sightseeing to stay in and pamper myself. Why go to a spa for a hot tub when you have your private deep tub to sink into. Why go to a restaurant when you can uber eats everything. If you need a staycation, a get away from the family cation, or a place to find peace this is where you should go. I'm not sure if I got upgraded or something because the room was beautiful! I had a full kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, 2 tvs, luxury tub. So pretty. The best part was the staff. They made me feel like I was a VIP. Every time I pulled up in the uber it was like I had private body guards opening the door for me. Demeuw even greeted me by name every time I passed him while opening the door. I was blown away by this princess treatment. Everyone had advice to offer about where to go and wanted to help. The reception staff felt like family. Another security guard kept me safe when I went to get Tacos. I hope you realize your staff is incredible and made me love this place. They made me feel so safe wrapped in my protected fortress. If your from LA looking for a place to pamper yourself, go here. If your not from LA what you need to know is you can't walk around at night. I wouldn't even rent a car. During the day I was able to catch the bus all over LA, from Hollywood to SOFI. Not at night. You need to uber to the door. Luckly there is Demew

This is a great place to stay. It was nice to have security at the front of the hotel watching out for us. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was fun to chat with over the four days of our stay. This hotel is highly recommended.
