Walk to USC Campus, University Village, the Row, the Coliseum, Exposition Park, or Banc of California Stadium! We are in prime gold zone location north of campus. Newly renovated 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment with brand new kitchen, bathroom, new stainless steel appliances, Split A/C units with heat for each unit.

Unit comes with 1 parking spot and plenty of street parking!

Good place

I am a student USC. This apartment is near USC, so I easily walked to the campus. Facilities in this apartment are great. I felt relax while watching TV several times. I didn’t need to buy cooking materials because there were already in the room. It was so convenient. Thank you!

Worth it

Very good host-helpful, gracious, doesn’t interfere and willing to make the stay comfortable. The neighborhood is good - smack in the middle of USC student housing and patrolled by USC security. We stayed during summer break so don’t know how it is during semester. All basic necessities are within a short walk-food, groceries and can also walk to LA Metro. The building is a 2 row basic apt block with 3 apts each on ground and 2nd floor. We stayed on the lower level, so there is a little walking noise from above where a student lived. Nice neighbors - mix of students and families. Dedicated parking is a plus, though can be a challenge keeping students visitors from using it. The Apt is updated inside to be modern and livable comfortably but not luxurious. All you need for a good stay is provided. There is some wear, but nothing periodic maintenance cannot fix. Bed needed fixing, and some cleaning that Michelle took care of happily. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, that met our needs and choice of area. Pricey for a long stay.
