" The Solace Hotel I liked the hotel, cozy, spacious room, upgraded, bed with good sheets and pillows, clean bathroom with a shower head working very well. The location is very close to the center, we could do everything on foot, and being on a hill wasn't a problem for us. "A small dirt road from a small town will get you there. Follow the paved road to the end and then follow a dirt road until the end. It has gorgeous views of the surrounding volcanoes. Jacuzzi is out of order. They have very friendly dogs. Wifi is decent and only in the main common area. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but good. (Fresh bread is great.) The cabin is rustic and lovely. (Bring you own knife if you plan to cook.) In short, the location is great and the views are even better!...

"I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel every night. I highly recommend the farm to table activity. You start across the street choosing fresh vegetable and eggs and then the chef creates a fabulous dinner! The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us plan our activities. The hotel is a bit far from Puerto Varas, but it was so serene and a perfect location to explore from. We traveled around the entire lake. Visited the national park, went zip lining and visited numerous towns. One of the best hotel experiences we've had! "
