"The hotel was a little run-down and had a slight smell of smoke, but the room itself was clean. It had basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, and shampoo. Unfortunately, the hair dryer was broken and smelled burnt and crackled when turned on, so I wasn’t able to use it. The lady at the front desk was really nice, and checking in and out was a breeze since we were able to do everything online. Overall, the stay was okay for a last-minute booking and served its purpose. The price was reasonable, especially considering it was during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta."
Sonesta ES Suites Albuquerque

"The stay was great. They just need someone at the front desk for check in. We were all told we had to wait until 4 for check in. Then at 4 we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us all in. All in all, a nice place, close to the balloon fest."
