“Was visiting my daughter at UNM. This place was perfect for me, and gave my daughter a chance to visit her dog. Very clean and amenities were great. ”

“Great place to stay! The house was clean and comfortable and accessible to everywhere we went. Will be booking this again next time we come back!”

“Better than a hotel. The manager was reachable for questions, like when we couldn’t get the door unlocked. It's a nondescript building with three units. The building looks sketchy from the outside, but it was lovely inside. It was homey. Had a coffee maker with coffee, tea, cream, sugar. There were pots, pans, silverware, dishes, everything you need to cook, which we did. Full size refrigerator. It has wide couch that could double as a bed. If two people are using the bed, one has to crawl over……

“The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else.”

“Property was spotless, beds were comfortable, furniture in living room could use a refresh...OK but not so comfortable. Hot tub was nice, clean, and hot! What a treat after 600 miles in the car! Pool table would be great for kids but for more serious players (APA / BCA) don't bother to bring your sticks. Upon arrival it was determined the A/C wasn't functioning correctly and house was hot. I called John, the host, he immediately reached out to owner who came with a crew to work on A/C that……

“Host was very responsive and attentive. Overall a cute neighborhood with easy access to shopping, airport and atteactions.”

“I really enjoyed the place. Was clean and super cute. Loved the hot tub. I’d definitely purely recommend.”

“Exactly as described. Very cozy, safe and beautiful. Clean and smells like home. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back. Very private and quiet. 💗”

“This property is in an excellent location. You are right in Old Town, Petroglyph Monument is 20 minutes away as is the airport. The host was very helpful the day of our arrival when my phone had issues. There are a lot of thoughtful touches that we appreciated-good linens, tea and coffee, water cooler for hot and cold water. We would definitely stay here again!”
