Great location. Very dog friendly area for walking and meeting people. The cottage is equivalent to a studio apartment and nicely decorated and comfortable.

Perfect Little Spot

This VRBO is perfect for a stay in Los Osos. The local coffee shop and Caliwala bakery were within walking distance and a great way to start the morning. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much!

Great getaway

The place was clean and was in such a cute neighborhood. It’s was perfect for a short 4 day vacation and the food places nearby were all delicious and friendly. Definitely will be back!

Cute cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Baywood. It was very clean and staff friendly. My disappointment was that the listing included washer and dryer in description which I thought it meant washer and dryer in unit. Instead, there is a laundromat on property. That’s a big difference to me.

Great clean place! Love the amenities! Remodel was done with intention and they were highly responsive. Only thing that was not so great was the bed which was just okay but could use a matress topper in my opinion. The location was not my ideal situation but the quiet community was so refreshing it over shadowed everything else. Great place!

Adorable Cottage in Los Osos

If you are looking for an adorable cottage for 1 or 2 people, Baywood Cottage #5 it a gem! The cottage was recently renovated and has all that you need for your stay in Los Osos, including a comfy bed. It includes a nice patio to sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset at night. I loved that I could park my car and walk to the several restaurants in the village. Patrick, the host, was easy to communicate with if I needed anything. I highly recommend Baywood Cottages!

Great stay and so quaint!

Great stay! Cottage #5 was so cute and so accessible to the town. Easy access to kayak (we brought our own kayaks) and the local restaurants and shops. Easy to get to many places (we went wine tasting, hiking, biking, kayaking). Cottage 5 has a fire pit, too (wood burning, not propane). The store across the way has wood for sale! Overall, a great stay and very relaxing-would love to come back!

Morro Bay

This property is immaculate, newly renovated inside and out. I would strongly recommend posting pics of the outdoor area for these units, it was beautiful and a nice surprise given the small unit and travelling with a dog. The property management was immediately helpful when we encountered an issue with the new lock instructions. I would look forward to staying at this property or with the same management company in the future.

I loved having a quiet cottage to stay at to get away from everything for 10 days. My husband and I try to visit the area every summer, but this is our first time deciding to get a rental where we can make our own meals. I would definitely come back. The farmers market on Monday was great for stocking up on fresh produce. The cottage is conveniently located within quick driving distance to our favorite places to visit in Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo.

Great place to stay

The property is well maintained, and very quiet. It has a nice outdoor space, picnic table and chairs to enjoy a fire pit. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and looked newly reno'd. The kitchen had everything you'd need, was a nice size with lots of counter space. The bed was comfortable, had nice bedding and comfy pillows. It was a big enough space for 2 adults and a dog. The property manager was great to deal with, always quick to respond when we had questions. The location was great. Just a short walk to the bay. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Perfect place for a relaxing get away!

Adorable Studio Cottage

My husband and I had a wonderful first stay in Los Osos. The property was modern and comfortable and walking distance to the bay as well as wonderful restaurants. Perfect for a couple wanting a relaxing quiet retreat.

Blissful Bungalow

We loved our accommodations at Baywood Los Osos! Patrick was a great host for this sweet casita. It had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway...super comfortable king-size bed, well designed bath with full closet, a nice sitting area with a fold-out loveseat (twin bed) and huge flat screen TV. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all the amenities of home. And the outside space was secluded enough for a private dinner at the large table to the side. And the patio, with two comfy Adirondack chairs to relax in by the cozy fire pit, had a view of the main walkway to the downtown area. All in all - a great stay!!

The space is fine for a short stay. The unit centrally located and the host is responsive and flexible. The unit could use a ceiling fan and the bed was really uncomfortable for me. Other than that we had a good time.

Quiet and close!

We passed through on the way down from further north in the state, and this was a great option for us. A small, quaint, and clean stop for a few days. Close to bay, walking to all of the local restaurants and shops in this sleepy beach town + Morro Bay adjacent for beaches. Close to state parks and mountain biking + lots of friendly people and dogs.

Excellent Baywood location

This is a great location in the heart of downtown Baywood. Don’t miss the Monday Farmer’s Market, High times and Beerwood. Many great hikes and friendly folks in the area.

Wonderful Cottage

Everything involved with the renting of this property was flawless. Communication was clear and timely, description of accommodation was very accurate, and the cottage itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental and hope to return next time we visit the Central Coast.
