"The motel is sufficient for what it is. The room needed a good maintenance person to replace a cracked floor boat and repaint some areas on the wall. The room was relatively clean but they missed the vent in the bathroom which was gross. The sheets were clean but there were a few towels that were stained. I felt safe which is always critical when you go to a motel. It would have been nice to have complementary grab and go “breakfast” items. I needed an iron and had to walk to the check in area and back through the parking lot with the iron and board, I don’t see why staff couldn’t bring it. Or why one couldn’t be in the room automatically. I’ve stayed in nicer, cheaper, safer hotels but not in this expensive area of California, I’d do it again if I had to but I’m more likely going to splurge on a nicer hotel next time."
