The house is in the El Toscal - La Longuera neighborhood, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes by car from the famous El Socorro beach and trails such as Rambla de Castro and La GordejuelaThe small town of Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the house to La Longuera it will take around 5 minutes walking and there you will find great restaurants such as La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close.
