We stayed for two months in February and March. The house is half way up the mountain that is the volcano, overlooking the ocean. Because we were so high, we spent a lot of time in the clouds. Lesley met us at the local Lidl supermarket. We managed to arrive at the wrong one, but Lesley sorted it out.
The house is divided into four units. We had the largest three bedroom one. The property is well maintained with constant maintenance from the couple who live next door(who do not speak english). We had a few problems with the hot water but Lesley took care of it.
The road to the property is very narrow , with lots of hairpin turns. It could be quite unnerving when you meet a coach coming the other way, but most of the island is like that once you get off the four lane highway that runs around most of the island
The property is well appointed with most items available. The outside area is allocated according to which appartment you have. Ours seemed to be the biggest, although all the trees in the photographs have been cut down. This meant that there was very little shade, although with all the cloud it was not a problem.
Overall, a very pleasant stay on a very pleasing island
