"This is an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are exceptional, always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every stay feel truly special. The food is outstanding, with an excellent choice and consistently high quality. I have been coming to this hotel for many years, and it never disappoints. Every visit feels just as special as the first, which is a real testament to the wonderful team and the exceptional standards they maintain. "We've just returned after 9 days at Wyndham Residencies and my wife and I have had a fabulous break. The hotel is excellent with great facilities, clean and the staff were excellent. We loved it so much, we've looked to book for next year. I would say this hotel isn't suitable for everyone as it is located at the top of a steep hill and will be difficult for people who struggle walking, but I can't fault the actual hotel itself."

"We have just returned from a fantastic week at Dreams Jardín Tropical and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The location is perfect, close enough to the marina, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We stayed as Preferred Club guests, which added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The exclusive lounge, dedicated areas, and enhanced service made our stay feel even more special. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the week. The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was a great variety of high-quality options at every meal, and we enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was a particular highlight. The drinks selection was also excellent, with premium options available and attentive service throughout the resort. The pool areas are beautiful, especially the iconic lagoon-style pool overlooking the sea. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxed without ever feeling crowded. What really made the holiday stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay."
