"The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well. The hot water and water pressure were a 10. We felt safe in the area. The room needed to be dusted around the entryway(spiderwebs), there was food in the microwave(didn’t get wiped out), the bathroom door frame had severe claw marks and a hole(like an animal had be closed in there), there was no remote for the TV."
