"We booked Chez Suzy for a family reunion, and it was perfect. 7 berooms, most ensuite. Facilities were great too with a lovely pool and gardens. Nice bbq area with a choice of either charcoal or gas. We dined outside as we barbecued most nights with the seating area more than adequate for our number. "We loved our stay at this pretty house. Well equipped and fab kitchen space. Good bbq and outdoor area. Julie resolved our queries quickly. Easy walk into town too. MyOnly grumble was the spiral staircase - didn’t feel safe or secure although we managed - wouldn’t have been great with little children."

"A beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff. Close to the pretty village which was stunning. Wish we had been able to stay there longer and would certainly go back. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the IBIS Sarlat. The staff went out of their way to make you feel really welcome and were incredibly helpful making suggestions on places to visit to make your stay memorable. When there was a problem with the TV, in the room, the staff did their utmost to repair it. When they realised they would have to call someone in, to solve the problem, they immediately arranged a move to a much larger room and helped transfer clothing/other possessions. They were like breath of fresh air and are a credit to the hotel chain. The room was also exceptionally clean which was a real treat to see. If only other hotels were like this. The other great thing is the hotel is located directly opposite from one of the better restaurants, in the town, and is only a 10 min stroll to the medieval town centre which is beautiful to walk around. "

"Amazing. Fabulous property, great facilities including pool. Lots of parking. Excellent customer service from the get-go. On site restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Food amazing and service could not be faulted. Great breakfast too! If satnav takes you to narrow white gate, it’s difficult entry angle. Keep going round the hotel to wider gate and easier access round other side! Reception is at the back of hotel."
