「We were only here for 3 nights and it rained almost 1 whole day, we still had a great time. We brought our boat and the grandkids and they had a blast. The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!!」

「We were looking for a different vibe and feel this trip to Knoxville and we hit the gold mine! We were in town visiting our UTK student and this was exactly what we needed. Our favorite spot was in the front porch watching the lightening bugs every evening! Great cozy cabin vibe with beautiful views. Definately recommend!」

「I have stayed at lots of vrbos and this by far has to be my favorite. The tranquility and peacefulness that engulfed this home was like no other. The area was quiet and perfect. We traveled to Tennessee to go ride atvs in the mountains, and this was a perfect retreat after a long day. This house just keeps going! Also able to bring our dog.The house is very clean and well-appointed. 「My employer's executive leadership team needed a place to hold an annual offsite planning session. All of the members of the team ride motorcycles, and we chose to travel to Oak Ridge due to its proximity to excellent riding.This house served us very well. It is close to town yet offers privacy. The views of the surrounding area are great. The location is only a few minutes from restaurants, groceries, and excellent roads for motorcycling.Each of us really enjoyed our time here. 」

We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). 」
