The Theatre Building is a beautifully renovated Art Deco building listed on the Historical Register located next to the Palace Theater. You will enjoy easy access to all of downtown from our central location for fun or work. The unit has its own dedicated high speed (300MB) wi-fi connection, HDTV w/cable & streaming apps, as well as 1 FREE off-street, hotel garage parking space. There are numerous entertainment, shopping, dining and bourbon tasting options available within a short walk.
This recently developed space is located on the fourth floor of the Historic Theater Building on 4th Street in downtown Louisville, immediately south of the central business district. We have no affiliation with the Palace Theater. Guests will not have direct access to the theater or theater privileges. You will enter the building through the main entrance on S 4th St and an elevator will take you to the fourth floor. The front door locks at 5:30PM M-F and is always locked on Saturday & Sunday, but an exterior key pad will allow access to the building after hours.
The John Brasch Suite features 2 spacious bedrooms, a master bathroom and full bathroom. The common spaces are well designed with plenty of room for all guests. The sofa converts into an additional bed. The kitchen features stainless appliances and has everything needed to make a meal, minus the food. There is a laundry room in the apartment with side-by-side washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay. There is an EV charger located inside of the garage if needed.
NOTE: You may be able to hear live music in the suite due to being near 4th Street Live and the busy nightlife.
Other Property Details You will be renting an apartment. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.
Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.
There is a gym on the 3rd floor of the building. We provide a code with the check in instructions. Please enjoy!
