Welcome to our beautiful Louisville home, conveniently located just minutes away from major attractions and amenities! This newly remodeled property offers a peaceful retreat and is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.
Please note: This property is NOT suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.
2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT THROUGHOUT YEAR.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood on a tranquil street.
Close to the intersections of I-264 & I-65.
SPACE:
Our spacious home features:
Bedrooms: 4 comfortable bedrooms, including 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed, providing restful sleep for up to 10 guests.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms stocked with essential bath items and towels. The main floor bathroom boasts a large tub and shower.
Living Areas: A large living room with a smart TV and streaming options for your entertainment. There's also a large second living room in the recently remodeled basement.
Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All the necessary cookware, flatware, and dinnerware are provided.
Outdoor Space: Relax on the patio with a gas grill, adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit, and a table with chairs. The extended paver patio and spacious grassy backyard offer a great outdoor experience.
Laundry Facilities: A brand new Samsung washer and dryer in the basement, with detergents included.

High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with fast, reliable internet throughout the house.
Parking: Ample parking available on the premises.
Pack N Play: A Pack N Play is available for our younger guests.
