Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Ctr by IHG
The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:00 AM. The next day, we asked for shower gel because it hadn't been refilled, and it took them an hour to bring it to us. I did not use the bar or the restaurant, so I have no opinion on them; however, the staff members were very attentive.
