Cozy Countryside Gite with Private Garden Near Loire Castles

Spacious, fully renovated, and detached cottage for 6 people with a private enclosed garden. It is located on the grounds of a beautiful house and a family-run hazelnut farm, offering a warm, wooded, and peaceful setting. Just 1.5 hours from Paris and 15 km from Orléans, you can enjoy the Orléans Forest and its many hiking trails, the Loire à Vélo cycling route, and especially its majestic castles. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living/dining room (47 m²).

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed, one of which can be separated into two 80 cm single beds. There is also a shower room (shower, sink) and a separate toilet.

A pleasant enclosed garden with outdoor tables and chairs, a barbecue and pergola in summer, and a pétanque/molky court are also available.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with the possibility of adding one baby.
