“We'll be back!”

“We loved the location of this property but we were disappointed with the outdated interior of the unit. The carpet was dirty and stained, and the kitchen was old looked felt like it was from the 80’s. The second bedroom is really separated by an accordion wall that you can open and close so there’s not a real wall between the room and the family room area. Looking back at the original photos we see that now, but we didn’t notice it when we made the reservation. The pool was nice, but get there……

“Close to the beach and shopping, and the on site amenities were well maintained. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, Michael and his staff had it solved within a couple of hours. I would definitely consider staying here next time we are in Naples.”

“Furnishings were a little dated. Expected a bit more for the price.Also was a little surprised at the additional fees added on, e.g., Vrbo fee and cleaning fee increased the total amount by 800. These fees were disclosed relatively late in the reservation process.In particular, 50 for an early check in or late check out is a bit much.”

“There are many aspects of this property that we enjoyed - the location was convenient and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and walking the grounds at night after dinner. The interior was modern and a good size for 2-4 people. I would stay here again! ”

“Only c/o shortage of towels. Each bathroom had two bath towels, one hand towel, one wash cloth. No access to washer/dryer, which I knew which made it a little inconvenient. Had coin machines on property which we used.”

“It was fine. Very clean. Check-in was spotty; the door code did not work. Resolved. I believe the listing said hottub but no hottub. Overall it was adequate. ”

“Good property with pool and amenities for the kids, located within 10mins of old Naples. Condo unit is a bit dated, but clean and management company is very responsive. ”
