“I loved it!! Nice and quiet.”

“A very nice clean comfortable well furnished house. Great value for the space on gets. Nothing fancy but everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Not much to do or see in the immediate vicinity but if travels take you to this part of the world it is a good choice. Host was very responsive when I needed to contact.”

“Peaceful, beautiful, and a convenient location. I highly recommend this spacious clean home on beautiful land.”

“Really the perfect cabin for a quiet getaway. It is absolutely as advertised, super clean, comfortable layout, and communication with the owners couldn’t have been easier. The kids spent plenty of time in the hot tub! Thanks Sarah & Daniel!”

“Loved our time here! It was a clean and beautiful house! The communication with the owner was great. The mountain roads to the house were a little scary. The freezer had 3-4 old fashioned ice trays which were inconvenient if you needed more ice. The refrigerator temperature was so cold that our milk and our pitcher of water was turning into ice. There was some food stuck on the coffee table out at the hot tub area. The hot faucet in one of the bedroom bathrooms needs to be tightened. Everything……

“The host was very informative about check-in and what to expect. The house was clean, cute, and very peaceful. Loved the view from the backyard. Definitely recommend!”

“The property itself is pretty cool and the views are awesome. The pool was nice. I want to give this place 5 stars but I just cant. The detached barn had so many wasps in it that it was unusable (wife got stung) - we took down 8 large wasp nests. The kids playhouse had a huge bird nest or something in it. Fruit flies were all over the inside of the house. The outside trash cans were all full. The umbrella by the pool is broken. The ladderball set was broken. There was no firewood when we arrived……

“Our stay was just for two, overnight, and we hated to leave. Cozy and quiet and a deck made for coffee and enjoying the outdoors. If you are bringing your family it is really a lot of accommodation for the price. Highly recommend!”

“Awesome location with 4 bed, 4 bath. Lots of room.”

“Great property. Definitely will book again”

“We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The farmhouse was exactly as described—a truly beautiful property that managed to feel both historic and incredibly comfortable.Highlights of our stay:* The Amenities: The hot tub and sauna were fantastic additions and made for the perfect way to unwind in the evenings.* The Setting: It’s a very cool, peaceful property. A highlight for us was watching the cows from the neighboring farm wander over to the fence line to say hello. The hosts have a……

“Great property, the kids enjoyed the games, hot tub, and creek. Highly recommend!”

“Great house and location near lots of activities. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Very nice to sit and relax on the deck. The host was quick to respond to any questions and communication was great. Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay somewhere along 151 or near Wintergreen.”

“The place was amazing. Perfectly clean and ideally situated, with gorgeous mountain views. One small issue...If you enjoy sitting on the patio and staring at the mountain views, the noise from the street below is unusually loud. (This probably has to do with the topography, and there's likely nothing that can be done about it.) Once the doors are closed, it is very quiet inside the house.”

“Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was clean. Deck was in great condition. There was a gate on upper deck so our dogs were able to enjoy being outdoors with us on the deck in the evenings. Great look out just up the road at the Blackrock park/viewing point. Communication with owners was prompt and very friendly. ”
