"Hotel.staff was friendly and was a great place to stay when visiting Salem or Boston. Just minutes from the Orange line which will take you to Boston, and the commuter train is litterally just blocks away. Very comfortable atmosphere, and beautiful scenery, overlooking the lake. The restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday, food is generally what you would get at a pub, but great quality and really good service."

"We had a great stay. Convenient location close to Wakefield. Comfortable beds, clean and in good condition. The only complaint is that we struggled to find parking on our last night there around 9:45pm"

"My family stayed in this property and we experienced excellent customer service throughout our visit. When we checked in late at night, the front desk lady was very accommodating, addressing all our requests and providing us with helpful information about the area. At breakfast, we were warmly greeted by Ramona whose amazing smile made our morning even better. She handed us our plates and utensils and made sure we had everything we needed. We have never experienced this level of genuine hospitality before. We truly appreciate this wonderful service and we will definitely stay here again! "
