“Had to leave went to a Holiday inn. The cigarette burns all over the bathroom wall and the bugs not to mention the door had been previously kicked in so the lock didn’t work.”

“Late check in, check in online said 3 pm, got there at 4 pm and room was not ready. Air conditioning in room not right, thermostat was always reading wrong. Not a very comfortable stay.”

“The manager listened well enough to understand what did not meet our expectations. The team attempted to remedy the problems but not all were fixed. The kitchen staff and breakfast area was satisfactory. When we entered, there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink and the shower soap container was empty. The manager replaced the empty shower container provided no hand soap for the sink area. We had to use the Palmolive dishwashing liquid to wash our hands after using the toilet. The Wi-Fi wasn’t……

“At 2 in the morning after PREPAYING FOR two nights and t road trouble they refused to check me in!!!! I’ve never been treated by an extended stay this way. They were going to book me anyway for the late arrival but to refuse me a check-in so late with NOWHERE to go I literally slept in the WAWA gas station parking lot down the road…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Literally the worst service on EVER received”

“Absolutely had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. They allow dogs but I had my Great Dane service dog with no issues. They gave her a cute pink and white bandana, a comfy bed and have a beautiful dog park. They also were super nice giving us a room directly across from the dog park gate.”

“The cabins are wonderful and you immerse yourself in the Old Florida setting. I spent only 1 night but I would like to return for a whole week as a retreat to read and write. That is one of those places that stay with you and so inspiring. Since it was a Monday the restaurant was closed but can t wait to try it out next time I am back.”
