「I booked a hotel through expedia that had to close emergently for a few days (water pipe burst). Expedia worked quickly to find another hotel room. Happy with the new room and expedia. Great trip.」

「We booked the hotel for the amenities(indoor pool) but half the hotel was closed, tarped and under construction. The lobby furniture and surfaces were covered in dust from the construction. I have requested a discounted rate but have yet to hear from the property manager. The hotel website should have indicated the hotel was under construction, pool and gym were closed.」
