「The resort is decent, the hours of operation should be longer in my opinion the swim up bar by the pool closes at 5pm the pool closes at 7pm the buffet close at 10 pm everything else close at 11pm if you get hungry at night after going out there will be nothing to eat. The food is okay. Now let’s get into the rooms the shower heads are horrible the water smelled so bad we had to open the patio door to air out the room. The water has irritated my skin. 「The people were friendly and nice, the grounds well kept and clean. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Stayed twice in six weeks for work and enjoyed both stays.」

「Our room was a Deluxe room with Ocean View which faced the ocean with a view of the pool side. Loved this as could also hear the music from outside. Very clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and approachable. At the beach area the staff/waiter/waitress were amazing, very upbeat and created an incredible happy, relaxing atmosphere. One of the staff noticed sun burn on my granddaughter and said he will get the "doctor" lol and brought another waiter whose name I dont recall but started...

「The hotel location is excellent to walk everywhere - beach, restaurants, shops. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, especially Elena. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The breakfast is improved from last year and has more options to choose from. The restaurant staff could improve in greeting clients and restaurant cleanness.」
