“Great spot”

“The host is friendly. It is a peaceful place. As other guests reviewed we heard footstep noise from the main floor. But they did not bother our sleep time. Dog’s footsteps are so cute. We liked many toilet papers, towels and others are on the closet. The lint from the towels gets on our face and body after wash. The bed is too comfy. We do not need to find the AC control because of the room temperature was comfortable for us. I enjoyed the Nespresso. Easy check out! Thank you ”

“Just as the name, very quaint and comfortable. I absolutely love the location of the property for starters as it is close to the Downtown area, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, etc.The outside seating area with the swinging chair is absolutely adorable along with the pebble path leading to the back entrance. The inside is cute and cozy, provided silverware, plates, pots and pans, towels, nice air conditioning and even games to play. Everything was clean and communication with the property owner was……

“The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry ”

“Great, pet-friendly property. Right across from NCSSM, great for walking your dog. Felt very safe at all hours. Very quiet (people mentioned the train whistle but it was way in the distance and barely noticeable; same with the street traffic.) Apartment had such old fashioned charm; high ceilings, old (covered up) fireplace in one bedroom. The only issue was with people in the upstairs apartment, could hear every footstep and lots of creaking, but they were only there one night. Owner thought of……
