「It was perfect for a very last-minute booking. The listing title “Upstate New York winery. Skiing. Casino. Fingerlake winery” is a bit misleading. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend. The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing. Good-sized kitchen with brand new appliances (dishwasher was not yet hooked up). The cafe...

「Yard & property not quite as nice as appeared in photos but however it was a really wet spring so tough to use the yard. The bathtub could use replacing it squeaks loudly while stepping & moving around will wake people up in the adjacent bedrooms. A fire pit in the yard would be nice but overall it is a nice clean house & would stay there again location was good for us.」

「This gem of a property was exactly the kind of stay we were looking for on a trip to see our son play for the Elmira Pioneers. The living area on the first floor gave us plenty of room to relax after a doubleheader and hang out as a family of 6. It was well maintained, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our host Chris went above and beyond expectations when he became aware that one of his guests had a disability and the summer heat exasperates their symptoms. Chris made sure that the...
