Luxury in Loyal

This cozy apartment is located in central Wisconsin. We are an hour from Wausau, Eau Claire, and Stevens Point. We are within a 1/2 hour of Marshfield Clinic Health System in Marshfield and Neillsville.
Styled for anyone that wants to enjoy their time while staying with us.
Whether you are in town for work, play, or to visit with family and friends, we have everything you need. This apartment is on a corner lot with lots of yard space for pets or children to play.

City of Loyal ordinance: 11/1 thru 4/30, no parking on city streets from 1:00 am - 6:00 am for snow removal. Two parking spaces are provided.
No smoking or vaping in the apartment. Please don't wash pet beds or blankets in the washer/dryer.
The Heating &AC have limits on the temperature range to stay between 69-72°.

Well stocked kitchen

The place was quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything I could expect and more. Nice washer and dryer. Overall it’s a nice neighborhood. The problem was that the upstairs residents walked around all hours of the night and disturbed our sleep.
