Schlecht organisiert!!!!

Hallo, wir sind am Freitag angereist ca.14 Uhr konnten aber erst ab 16 Uhr in die Wohnung denn es wurde gesagt die Wohnung muss noch gereinigt werden!!! Um 16 Uhr sind wir in die Wohnung und es war überhaupt nichts gereinigt,WC komplett dreckig ,Küche nur saubere Bettwäsche lag auf dem Tisch. 😳 Beschwerde wurde an der Rezeption abgegeben aber es wurde nicht wirklich ernst genommen um ca 18 Uhr kamen 2 Reinigungskräfte die sich wirklich beeilt haben aber durch das schnelle arbeiten war natürlich nur die Hälfte gemacht 😒 wir sind dadurch zu spät zum Konzert gekommen und frisch machen konnten wir uns auch nicht mehr.
