Best house ever

The house is really cute and very luxurious. The garden offers a fantastic addition to the beach. Especially the peacocks are fantastic.

Balaena "Very comfortable and very well appointed 🙂 Very light and spacious. Excellent quality appliances and furniture. Beautiful garden. Very peaceful. Luc-sur-mer is a lovely spot. Big sandy beach. Interesting shops, bars and restaurants. Property comes with its own resident peacock. 🙁 Nothing really. Access by car is a bit tricky and only space for one car to park at the property."

Der Check in war sehr einfach über eine Schlüsselbox. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war sehr gut per WhatsApp.Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet und man merkt das der Eigentümer dieses Haus selbst nutzt. 8 Leute haben sehr viel Platz für gemeinsame Essen und Spiele. Der Hammer ist die Lage im Ort und zum Strand.Der einzige Minuspunkt.Entweder hatte unser Vornutzer oder der Eigentümer eine Katze oder Hund dabei. In beiden Fällen war die Reinigung unzureichend. Nachdem man auf dem Sofa lag verfügte man über genügend Fremdhaare auf der Kleidung.

Fantastisch huis, ligging top!Maar communicatie met beheerder moeizaam.BBQ gastank was leeg. Maandags gemeld, dinsdag zou hij contact opnemen met eigenaar, niets meer gehoord zaterdags gingen wij naar huis.Jammer, je verwacht voor deze prijs toch wel dat je een keer kunt bbq-en.

superbe expérience

la maison est super agréable- bien décorée et bien équipée ! le jardin est juste un bijou de zenitude, magnifique et parfaitement entretenuemplacement parfait au coeur de luc sur mer à 5 mn de la plage, des restos et commerces notre colotaire max le paon était le point d'attraction permanent car il résidait essentiellement sur la terrasse du 1er étage : des moments incroyables pour nous qui adorons les animaux ! merci à Sebastien de la conciergerie qui est juste super réactif et très très agréable vous l'avez compris nous recommandons cette maison sans réserve Catherine et Gilles

De pauwen die regelmatig op bezoek komen in de tuin zijn een leuke extra. Alles is voorzien voor een geweldige vakantie. Wij komen zeker terug! 🙁 Alles was in orde"

Balaena Fijne woning, veel ruimte en een heerlijke tuin! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ideaal voor jonge kinderen om te spelen. Het is een kleine wandeling naar het strand en fijn park naast de woning met een speeltuin. Enige wat soms een uitdaging was, was het vele schreeuwen van de pauwen, maar daar raakten we aan gewend en de kinderen vonden ze erg leuk.

Balaena "Logement très bien situé, parc à côté sympathique pour les enfants et la mer non loin avec quelques commerces . Garage pour mettre une voiture , cours de l’autre côté plutôt bien lete je pense pour en profiter . Des paons sont biens présents . Logement à l’intérieur , bien décrit , très bien pour nous qui étions 6 mais idéal aussi pour 10 . Grand salon , grande salle de bain en bas . Literie correct . Point négatif : Lit parapluie bébé à racheter car pas propre du tout , le four faisait sauter le compteur général gros problème pour le repas on a réduit notre repas à un apéro et un dessert , et le ménage plein de poils d’animaux sur les chaises , tables basses ,canapé .. à revoir pour le ménage sur ces points là . Mais l’adresse est bonne à garder tout de même avec ces petits points négatifs résolus qui sont minimes . Merci"

Balaena Une spacieuse cuisine, un grand espace salle à manger et un vaste salon très lumineux grâce à son toit de verre, le tout communiquant, et donnant sur une large terrasse prolongée par un long terrain bucolique où quelques paons viennent régulièrement parader. Ce paradis est voisin du parc de la baleine, des commerces et du bord de mer. Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir permis d'y passer un merveilleux réveillon en famille.

Un petit weekend en famille à a Luc sur mer

Maison idéalement située et bien équipée, tout peut se faire à pied. Petit bemol sur la propreté de la maison à notre arrivée (à évoquer avec la société de ménage) beaucoup de poussière sous les lits et sanitaires moyennement propres.
