The surrounding area offers experiences such as the ancient villas "Ville Lucchese", several paths for hiking at the foot of the hills, so you can enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside, which in this area is characterized by vineyards and olive groves. It is no coincidence that the local aristocratic aristocratic families have built their impressive country residences right here over the centuries.
There are only 1.5 km to small shops and 1.9 km to the supermarket and the trip is done on paths through nature - maybe a brisk morning jog to pick up bread for breakfast.

This small cottage is located in the garden slightly offset, between the main house and the pool. It is decorated in American "loft" style with entrance to living room divided into kitchen corner (gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) with dining table and sofa corner with 1 person sofa bed and TV. Bathroom with shower (hair dryer).
On a large open first floor in alcove style, you have a comfortable double bed.
In front of the cottage there is a covered porch, which is furnished for al fresco dining (pizza oven with grill).

The main villa is on the one side adjoining with a resident Italian family house, but with private driveway, private garden with overgrown garden and hedge, the La Santa property fully functions as a detached house with the complete privacy that belongs to it.
