Fantastic countryside villa outside walled town

Loved this place just driving thru Tuscan countryside to get there! Large house perfect for group. Has everything you need. Great restaurants in Lucignano. Lucignano is great walking walled town. Very quiet & beautiful! You’re 30-40 minutes from Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano. Close to great hiking, biking & great wineries, I didn’t want to leave! Hostess was very friendly & helpful & even helped us with reservations. Any say enough good things about it!!

As advertised. Clean villa, good location for visiting the major medieval hill towns. Lucignano lacks good restaurants. The house needs to add fans. The hostess- provided (for a fee) dinner in the villa was great! Friendly host. Wifi works well.

Perfect Tuscan Villa

This is the perfect Tuscan villa. Beautiful views, a very well-equipped kitchen, beautiful pool area. There is great common space for being together and enough private space for time alone. An easy & pleasant walk to the village. Supermarket a short drive away. We visited Montepulciano, Cortona and Assisi, just a few of many towns within an hour's drive. And Paola is a wonderful host, very responsive and even checked us in early.

Seven Australian friends ...

Seven Australian friends stayed for a week. Paola welcomed us on arrival, advised us of local events and answered our questions. She returned to bid us farewell. We had two vehicles for local touring and drove or walked to the very attractive Lucignano with all necessary shops, restaurants, etc. The house is in a beautiful setting, is most comfortable and very well furnished and equipped.

Lovely Stay at Villa Bellaria in Tuscany

My husband and I stayed at Villa Bellaria for 5 weeks. During this time we had different friends and family members visiting us with up to 10 people at a time. We loved sitting on the front porch every evening watching the beautiful sunset. It is a very peaceful and quiet location. The kids loved the swimming pool. We were able to take several days trips to visit other cities in Tuscany. The small town of Lucignano where the villa is located is delightful. I think we were the only tourists there! Paola, our host, was very helpful and attentive. She is a delight. Her sister Susannah cooked several 4 course meals for us and served their own delicious Chianti wine. We loved our stay at Villa Bellaria and hope to return again some day. This is a perfect get away!

Eine Villa für die ganze Familie

Wir waren mit zwei befreundeten Familien eine Woche in Lucignano und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Haus verfügt über ausreichend Schlafplätze und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Pool mit dem gesamten Außenbereich ist traumhaft. Ob zum baden, relaxen oder rumrennen, es ist alles möglich. Abends gemeinsam auf der Terrasse bei Sonnenuntergang zu Essen hat die Tage perfekt abgerundet. Der Sternenhimmel ist traumhaft dort. Auch Lucignano selber ist einen Spaziergang wert. Es ist ein süßes kleines Dorf mit viel Charme, in dem man sehr gut essen kann. Wenn man überhaupt etwas beanstanden kann, wäre es, dass die Klimaanlage kostenpflichtig ist und das im Inserat nicht erwähnt wird. Wir haben keine Klimaanlage gebraucht, obwohl es draußen sehr warm war. Also alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Voyage en Toscane

La propriétaire nous dit qu’on a pas payé la climatisation 75 euro. Nous avions laissé sur la table la journée de notre départ 75 euro. La dame qui fait son ménage lui a dit qu’on avait laissé 10 euro. Vraiment insultant de se faire accusé qu’on a pas payé la climatisation. Dommage car nous avions aimé la maison mais déçu qu’on nous accuse de pas avoir payer pour la climatisation. Nous sommes des gens honnêtes et n’avons jamais eu aucun problème antérieurement soit avec Airbnb ou vrbo ou autres plateforme. Pour cette raison je recommande pas de louer de ces propriétaires.

Toller, entspannter Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt fussweit von dem schönen Örtchen Lucignano entfernt. Ruhig gelegen, eingebettet in Olivenhaine. Hervorragend geeignet für grössere Gruppen. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlaf/ Badezimmer. Das Grundstück mit dem Pool und der Veranda ist eine wahre Ruhezone. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen. Danke an Paola, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat.
