The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. 」

「Manu is a very friendly and helpful host! The flat is located in a close, so I was a bit concerned about safety at first, but seeing local children playing safely in the square right in front made me feel completely at ease. Unlike the city centre, it’s not an area packed with restaurants, but there are pubs and convenience stores nearby, so even if you don't cook every day, you’ll easily manage without any problem. I really enjoyed my stay.」

「This property is just as it's described and suited our family of 4 perfectly. We used the pull-out couch and it was very comfortable as well. The home had everything we needed and a small convenience store is next to the complex for anything you've forgotten. There were also a few restaurants and pubs within walking distance. A quick 15minute uber ride to downtown Oxford. Great flat, good price. More room than you expect from the photos!」
