「Rummen var perfekt städade. Lite parfymerat första dagen men det vädrade vi ut. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående och serviceinriktad. Det som var annorlunda var att poolen var oren och full av fåglar. Om det var för kallt för att bada, vilket jag inte tror, borde den stängas av så inte fåglarna förorenar. 」
