“Excellent customer service from Bobbi Sue! Wicked clean cabin and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Loved hanging out in the Adirondack chairs on the cabin deck and watching the wildlife in the private lake. Also, the outdoor fire was raging and was perfect for our marshmallows and s'mores sticks that are in the office! Would hands down stay at this property again and definitely plan to in the future. ”

“We've been coming to the cabin for a few years and enjoy our stays immensely. The kids can ride bikes, roam and wade on the campground roads and river. Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. ”

“We’ve coming to this property for three years. It’s always been a fun experience. The property management has improved dramatically—I give it a 10/10. Not for the faint of heart. This tucked away cabin is surrounded by nature, with the night spookiness of creaking floors, pitch black outdoors. It’s almost impossible to sleep with the deep silence and nature sounds at night, including bears. It’s a good stay for a bigger family.”

“Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! ”
