This cottage, completely renovated into a vacation home, retains memories of the past (terracotta floor tiles, fireplace).
It is ideal for a couple eager to explore the region.
Raised ground floor: small, fully equipped kitchen, living room/bedroom (1 queen-size bed), bathroom (shower and toilet), electric heating.
Green space with trees. Private enclosed courtyard in front of the house.
Sancoins 11 km. Nevers 45 km. Tronçais Forest 6 km.
All shops in the village. Leisure activities: Street art 1.5 km away and a motor racing circuit 3 km away. A 3-person cottage is available nearby.
An additional guest can be accommodated. (1 single bed)

Un excellent séjour à la campagne

Séjour très agréable, au calme, dans un cadre naturel et plein de charme. La location est très joliment meublée, parfaitement équipée et en très bon état. L'hôte est très sympathique et disponible. Point de chute idéal pour explorer les paysages et le patrimoine environnants.
