Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). “Really nice place. Good manager. However, this place is NOT registered with Hotels.com, and therefore when we arrived, they did not have our reservation. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us. ONLY BOOK THIS PLACE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE BOOKING PHONE NUMBER.”

“The first disappointing thing is the owners very bad attitude, the price I booked online for the room was changed on my arrival. Because we had to be in the same area and place with my brother I was forced to take the room at their price. In the morning we got a single egg, no butter, no Milk in the tea, some days no electricity and no hot water. However the staff were so amazing especially one young man Edward. He made our stay enjoyable. I hope one day he gets to own that place and turn it……

“I reserved this guest house for my little brother's first night in Lusaka. He was arriving late unexpectedly (was supposed to be 10PM, but was actually midnight). I tried calling and messaging the guest house with their contact phone, but no one picked up and there was no way to leave a message. When my brother arrived there was no one at the gate and the place was dark and he couldn't get in. So he had to go elsewhere. I know it was non-refundable, but he tried to sleep there and couldn't. “We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! It was the worst service and experience to date……
