This seaside villa is a rare find located in Luvia, a sought-after vacation area on the Western coast of Finland. The villa is surrounded by nature and breathtaking sea views. The property includes a separate sauna house, private beach and 4 large terraces. The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing with family or friends, sunbathing, eating outdoors/grilling, having a sauna, swimming or simply dipping your toes in the refreshing sea.

- Exceptionally breathtaking sea views, majestic pine trees and large stone formations, the best Finnish nature has to offer!

- A charming local countryside village is located nearby and provides the nearest grocery stores, 10min by car
- At the Laitakari sailing port you will find local seaside restaurants/café, ice cream kiosk, 15min by car
- Guests interested in sailing excursions, may experience the beautiful local Finnish archipelago by booking a trip on the locally built Ihana sailing boat/lunch option available onboard. Departure Laitakari sailing port, highly recommended!
- Nearest cities: Pori famous for its summer Pori Jazz festival and Rauma known for its old wooden town district, 25min and 35min by car
- Airport and train station, 25min by car

Villa Wellingholma is an amazing place to stay, you are surrounded by forest and nature, with a beautiful sea view. The Villa itself is very nicely decorated with all the modern amenities that you would expect, and sitting inside is relaxing with the big windows providing almost outdoor feel. Both the main villa and sauna have terraces, where you can sit an enjoy the views, but there is also are terraces at the sea to provide you with an excellent view of the sea. I had lovely stay at the villa and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.
