This cozy two-room holiday apartment, located close to nature in a very quiet, but still conveniently accessible area on the outskirts of Karlskrona, offers just under 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge-freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc.; a bedroom with two single beds (can be put together) and a wardrobe; as well as a very comfortable living room with a dining area, TV, and a sofa bed (1.40 m wide).
The bathroom includes a toilet and shower. The apartment is located in the landlords’ house, of course with a separate entrance and free parking directly in front of the door.
There is also a seating area on the lawn in front of the house with a view over the fields and meadows across the road.
Two bicycles (28") are available free of charge.

Whether you enjoy nature experiences, excursions, sightseeing, or city life with shops and cozy restaurants – there is something here for everyone on holiday:
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment lies a 33-hectare nature reserve with old deciduous forest and beautiful hiking and walking trails, some of which run directly along the water (the Baltic Sea).
A very nice public swimming area by the sea (Baltic Sea) is only about 1.5 km away, and within fifteen minutes by car you can reach several other bathing spots either by the Baltic Sea or in inland lakes (Havsjön and Färskesjön).
The impressive city center of the historic city of Karlskrona, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can easily be reached by car, public transport, or bicycle. From Karlskrona, you can take a wide variety of trips into the archipelago or visit restaurants, museums, or other attractions.
A beautiful view and panorama over the city can be enjoyed from the viewpoint Bryggarberget, a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
In about 20 minutes you can reach the picturesque and historic coastal village of Kristianopel, which has several restaurants and cafés. Until the 17th century, the border between the Danish and Swedish kingdoms ran through Brömsebro, just a few kilometers north of Kristianopel. There, a memorial stone commemorates the peace treaty between Denmark and Sweden from 1645.
In just over 20 minutes by car you can reach another excursion destination: the seal sanctuary “Isaks Kläpp” east of Olsäng. If you walk to the very tip of the headland, you will be able to see harbor seals. To keep the dirt roads in drivable condition, a road fee of 20 SEK per car is charged, which is paid at a payment station in the farmyard area.
The wildlife park Eriksberg, west of Karlskrona, is about a forty-minute drive away, and from there the popular hiking trail Eriksbergsleden leads through breathtaking nature along the coast, through forests, over rocks, and across suspension bridges.
You can reach at least three moose parks within about an hour by car – Glasrikets Älgpark in Nybro, Kosta Älgpark, and Grönåsens Älgpark.
Also within about an hour’s drive, you'll find several of the most popular attractions in the famous Småland Kingdom of Crystal (“Glasreich”), such as the glassworks in Kosta, Orrefors, Nybro, Målerås, or Skruf, just to name a few.
In just over an hour by car you can also reach the island of Öland with all its beaches, sights, and cycling or hiking paths.
