“great stay”

“Room carpet was torn up, wife tripped on it. Phones didn't work. Even messaged front desk with zero answer. No crib or pack and play as advertised. Even i asked i got laughed at.”

“Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The breakfast was Awesome! The staff kept everything hot and filled up. Great Place to stay will come back for sure.”

“Breakfast was nice. Side table was not on bracket correctly and fell on my wife’s foot, broke a toe and ripped anouther toenail off. Should’ve been noticed by staff cleaning before us.”

“Nice basic hotel and decent price. Staff almost never at front desk. My key card didn't work on checkout day, and I finally had to call police to get hold of staff to let me into room to get luggage. Other than staff never being around, a pleasant experience.”

“The room was filthy and old. How hard is it to paint. The sheets were clean and no bugs. There was a fridge and Microwave. But there were no utensils or cookware to use the cooktop. No dishes, just plastic and styrofoam cups. There was a construction lot very close to rooms. They were working on something and I had to ask the front desk to have them stop. Beep, Beep for over a hour. The free breakfast was coffee and two cereal containers and a table with 8 chairs. No water, and the utensil bins……

“If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the……

“The pool was full of kids. We couldn’t enjoy it at all. There were only 6 vehicles there so i don’t know where they all came from. Room 124 needs new mattress toppers preferably 4 in. Memory foam. My dog enjoyed the extra bed. Paid 15.00 extra for her.”

“It was so bad that we just left after entering the room, there were far too many issues to believe it could be easily fixed, or that another room would have been much better. Of note, there was only one other car in the parking lot, not sure why they would give us such a bad room (if there were others that were better). Problems: door lock broken/loose, BIG gap under the door, bugs crawling on the ac unit, on the bed, flying, the room was stuffy when we entered and had a weird smell, the ceiling……

“In general the hotel is very good. The only place I didn’t like was the swimming pool. Excellent service and breakfast. The room was clean, the location perfect near to the restaurants and place to shopping.”

“Have stayed here every time we come to TN. This time we even got a room for son and daughter-in-law because it is always clean and my husband used to love the breakfast. This time we were so disappointed. The deposit was a $100, the rooms were not as clean and one did not even have a shower curtain that we paid $230 for one night, and the breakfast is now just a continental.”
