Haven Hideaway, a peaceful well-equipped studio annex with a superking bed and private patio, is tucked away within the garden of a larger separate house, on a quiet residential road in Lymington, Hampshire, that’s perfect for couples or solo travelers.
The property is in close proximity to this famous Georgian town’s nautical neighbourhood, a short stroll to its quay, yacht & sailing clubs, boatyards, and marinas; whilst the town centre, with its long high street full of shops, pubs and restaurants — is also very walkable in under 12 minutes. Last, but not least, all the natural wonders of The New Forest are only a short drive away!


The Space:
Accessed via a side gate of a large 1930’s house, down a garden path, this single-story recently refurbished studio unit is surrounded by gardens, and has its own front door. Being an entirely separate dwelling from the main house, it also has a cosy, quiet, and private feel. Whether you're exploring the local area or simply relaxing indoors, Haven Hideaway Lymington offers a comfortable and convenient base for your adventures.
You step into a bright triple-aspect kitchen living and sleeping space, with a lovely kitchen with sage cream cabinets immediately on your left, and an enclosed shower room on your right. There’s also venetian blinds on many of the windows for privacy and to darken the room..
The kitchen is perfect for the compact space yet very well-stocked with a modern sink, an electric double oven with hob and extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, toaster, and kettle. In the cupboards and drawers are dinnerware, pots & pans, glassware, cutlery, and utensils to use for your stay.
Further along from the kitchen is a simple shaker style oak and white dining table with two chairs for mealtimes.
The sleeping area is super cosy, and features side tables, shelving, a standalone chest of drawers, reading lights, an upholstered headboard , and a smart TV. The large comfortable bed can be pushed together to make a superking, or separated to be two singles, and has pull out drawers either side for storage.
Past the bedroom is a door leading to a delightful private fenced off patio garden which has an outdoor metal and rattan table & chair set that’s perfect for good weather dining or drinks! There’s also a wooden arbour unit, a single sun lounger, and an adjustable parasol for shade.
The shower room is modern and light, and has a toilet, basin with cabinet, illuminated heated mirror, and a spacious walk-in shower.
There’s also free Wi-Fi throughout Haven Hideaway, a hairdryer, one parking space, and central heating. Towels, linen, basic cleaning equipment, and some toiletries are all included in your stay.
