「The location is great for downtown entertainment. The unit was clean, instructions for check in and out easy, the owner very responsive. It is dog friendly and the sliding back door faces a walking area that is very convenient for taking the dogs out on walks without having to go around the building. Nice view of the river and hills!」

「Stayed in Lynchburg to watch minor league baseball. Was only 10 minutes away from field and 5 minutes away from shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighbor does have dogs that bark at your dog if you bring your dog. 」

「Very clean and convenient to LU. Host was very accommodating. 」

「Second time staying at the property and will definitely consider staying again if we are in town. We had an issue with a strong storm blowing down part of the fence and the HVAC cutting out. The host was very fast to respond and both issues were completely corrected within 12 hours, even though it was Easter Sunday! House is clean, location is central to everything and communication was clear. Highly recocomend!」

「Five of us (2 sets of parents and 2 players) stayed at the house for a baseball tournament at Liberty. Everything was a shown in the pictures, the house was clean, plenty of towels and household necessities. It's about 8 minutes from the LU baseball field. Really worked well for us - I'd definitely stay here again.」

「We stayed at the Dutchess with family to attend a concert at the Academy of the Arts. This is a special property that has been beautifully restored to include open space, modern conveniences and nice furnishings and decor. 「We enjoyed our time at the apt! Aesthetically attractive with some industrial touches, fitting for location near pipe works factory. Snacks, K-cups, and Flour District cookies were very welcoming, as was the graduation banner for our LU grad. Definitely recommend for a small party looking for close proximity to downtown offerings!」

「My family and I stayed for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place while in Lynchburg. We came to celebrate with my son after his wedding proposal, which took place right down the bluff walk. We started out the day with a coffee at The White Hart, ate breakfast at My Dog Duke’s Diner, and walked over to the farmer’s market. We will definitely be back!」

Our group consisted of adults, teens, and toddlers. We all enjoyed the house. The bunk room is fantastic for children. The hot tub was great on a chilly day. The host took care of our every need! 」
