Pleasant stay.

Warm welcome. Comfortable bed and clean well decorated room. Proper walk in shower without a horrible shower curtain was a bonus! Very dog friendly. Pleasant breakfast. Would stay again.

Great hotel in Lynhurst.

A great hotel in the middle of Lynhurst, rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable with a modern bathroom with complimentary shower products..Tea/ coffee in the room with a TV. You have a choice at breakfast the next morning on the menu the hotel provides. The food is sourced locally and very tasty, compliment to the chefs there. The staff are friendly and always up for a chat, as well as helpful. Would stay again.

Loved our stay here! It was only for one night but we were made to feel very welcome, and the hotel is fabulously quirky, our room was attractive and comfortable. It’s dog friendly, which helped as we’d left ours behind on this occasion, so plenty of furry friends to make new friends with!

Great hotel with food and staff to match

Staff were lovely, amazing breakfast (go for the cooked one!) and the room was clean and tidy. Only thing is no air con so when it got hot it was a bit stuffy but that’s the only downside we could see. Car park is limited so need to get there early before patrons arrive to dine in the restaurant on site.

The room in the hotel was great, good size, clean and comfortable. Hotel is also centrally located. However check in was at 3pm and checkout next day was 10am! Breakfast on a Sunday 7.30-9.30! Most hotels allow a later breakfast at the weekend so guests can relax and rest, clearly not the case here. We were also woken at 7am by cars driving past, very loudly, on the way to Beaulieu. That’s obviously not the hotel’s fault.

This is DEFINITELY the place to stay in Lyndhurst. I have been staying 4x a year for over 10 years, have stayed at a number of places and this is now my firm favourite. Couples weekend

An overall very pleasant stay with extremely friendly & accommodating staff. The room was slightly on the smaller side but had a lovely bathroom and all the toiletries you need! Great selection of tea & coffee. Exceptional breakfast however did take a little longer than anticipated (around 35 minutes) to come out to table. Keep topped up on refreshments in the meantime however. We had gone back as this was one of our first dates and was sad to see they no longer had a cocktail menu. Room service would be fantastic option down the line as the local Tescos closed earlier that stated and there is no where to grab a quick snack or drink for your room. Would happily come back due to the friendly atmosphere and stunning surroundings

A great independent hotel, restaurant, bar

We were impressed with all the staff; the reception, the waiting staff and cleaners who were all friendly and genuinely seemed to care and happy to be of service to us. A big thank you, even our dog was happy. Only a slight downside is that if on the 1st floor over the bar area you can hear the music until bar is shut and staff finished clearing up.

Lyndhurst was a stopover on our journey. Convenient but I had no prior knowledge. Our room was beautiful. Spacious, meticulously clean, lovely bathroom, towels, bed. Warm and cosy. But…I didn’t know they had live music on Friday evenings, and I didn’t know there would be so much noise from the street below. Despite the noise we slept, but I think the hotel description should be clear and honest about the noise. Service at breakfast was good - very speedy. But I thought they might have lovely sausages from the family butcher directly opposite. Instead they served disgusting UPF sausages from who knows where….
