"A magical safari trip in the heart of the Texas Hill country. Reconnect with nature while you are staying in amazing glamping with all the amenities! Consider they offer kitchenette but there is no stove, you if you want to cook you will need to do it using the microwave or the outdoor fire pit. Also consider that the property it’s golf cart only and even if not mandatory it’s $150 extra for the stay. We have a blast and we were able to stargaze and have a lovely family time, highly recommended "

"We had an amazing stay at The Martinsburg! We spent two days here and it was the perfect Hill Country getaway. The cabin is beautiful, modern, and extremely well kept. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic — peaceful and surrounded by the rolling hills, yet still very close to Fredericksburg and several great wineries. Being within walking distance to Pedernales Cellars was a huge plus for us. The cabin was very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful views of the Hill Country. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay near Fredericksburg, we highly recommend The Martinsburg. "James was the absolute greatest host anyone could ever ask for! He made a trip for my wife and I absolutely spectacular! He made time to get to know us before we even arrived as to what our likes and needs were. It was my wife’s bday and he went out of his way to leave a personalized cake waiting upon our arrival. My wife was overjoyed! His communication was on point and attended to our every question and need. The place in itself is the perfect most serene stay away from the hustle and bustle. The views are unparalleled! We were further treated by a peacock every morning as well as prancing deer running through the fields as we looked out the spacious patio deck. The place was immaculately clean and spacious. The dual shower was therapeutic! The bed made you never want to get up. This was by far one of the greatest stays my wife and I have ever had and highly recommend everything James presents. A true hidden gem. "
