「The Staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to accommodate all our needs. I am handicap and we were given a handicap room with great amenities. I would definitely stay again when in the area.」

「Staff was very difficult to work with. Reserved a room for 4, and he wouldn’t allow us to stay with the number of guests. 」

「The shower was stuck in shower. The knobs were impossible to turn. Staff did not once come to change our sheets or change garbage, within our week stay. I don’t recommend this hotel.」

「We were really excited to stay, but were sadly disappointed. The pool was very chilly. And the rooms and hotel were very run down. I know they were working on updates, but everything was very worn out and in bad condition. We could hear the people in the rooms next to and above ours so easily that we could hardly sleep even with a sound machine on. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but I would not stay again due to the other issues.」

「The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. The provided toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc) and snacks were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family. 」

「The property was in ok condition. There was mildew around the seal on the tub. The rest of the room was ok. The public spaces were a little run down with half ass repairs here and there. The breakfast was ok - it's a typical hotel breakfast with the addition of cooked to order eggs. The hotel requires both a copy of your photo ID and they take a photo of you upon check in. This was not disclosed at booking, but be aware of this.」
