Excellent Location, Nice Clean Apt

We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment, and overall were very happy with it. It is well equipped, although an actual coffee maker would be nice instead of a pod machine. We were able to cook full meals with no trouble. Clothing storage is at a premium, but we pack very light so not a problem. The bed is firm and comfortable, the couch and coffee table could do with an update. There are lots of outlets, including by the bed so charging devices is easy Some things to note: There are 54 steps and no lift to reach the apartment. The shower entrance is only about 16" (40cm) wide. The toilet is right off the living room by the kitchen, so you have a bit of a walk when you get up in the night. The location is excellent, we were able to walk almost everywhere and we are in the 65-75 yrs age. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10min walk (Rue des Marronniers and Rue Merciere) and lots of shopping. We would certainly recommend this apt for either short or longer stays.

Le Confident "C’est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement. Tout s’est très bien passé. Accueil très chaleureux de Delphine. L’appartement était très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour le séjour. Situé en plein centre ville, il est néanmoins très calme car situé dans une rue sans voitures. La chambre sur cour est également très calme et la literie extrêmement confortable. Je recommande fortement cet Airbnb."

Bien que l'appartement soit joliment décoré, l'accès à celui ci laisse largement désiré. Couloir sombre, poubelles dans le passage, une vraie galère pour accéder à l'appartement avec des bagages. Enfin l'accès aux programmes TV classiques est inopérable et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et aucun réseau téléphone. Pour un déplacement professionnel j'ai été gâtée, sachant que j'avais choisi cet appartement pour également y travailler."

Very comfortable and gorgeous apartment, cleverly renovated. Thank you Delphine for helping us up the 3 flights of stairs. Loved the kitchen, and that the basics are supplied for cooking. A very enjoyable stay in this fabulous city.. 🙁 Rubbish bins kept being moved which partially blocked the exit. Some floor boards need fixing."

Le Confident Nice apartment and very well located. Tons of shopping, restaurants, charming plazas all around. Communications was sometimes a bit disjointed with different people sending messages, but not an overall issue. With no AC, unit could definitely get a bit warm when the weather is warmer. None welcoming entry hallway and steep circular stairs could be an issue for those with a lot of luggage or any mobility issues. Overall enjoyed the experience in this well located apartment.

Great location

Super convenient to restaurants/cafes. We didn’t realize how many stairs there were, spiral and three stories up. We were very confused about the check out process and contacted management with no response. I saw an email that was sent to me a few days later and now know what the check out process was, but at the time could not get in touch with anyone. Apt was quiet which was nice.
