Clean, spacious and well equipped.

We were really impressed with our room at Aparthotel, much more space than expected and we didn't realise that there would also be a mini-kitchen complete with fridge, hob and dishwasher. We would happily return there and stay for longer. Also very convenient for Gare Lyon Part Dieu

This a great place to stay if you want access to transport, good shopping and a nice walk to the centre of Lyon. The staff were friendly and the facilities very good.

Wonderful stay

Allways a pleasure to stay here when i visit lyon. It has everything you need ,compelte kitchen and a pool and gym . Nice prices and a few minutes from the train station.

There are good things and not-so-good things in our stay. The area is very good and being renovated, and it's close to metro stations and the train station as well, transportation was a breeze. The rooms don't have working AC, and we had to sleep with the windows open and the fan on for a couple of days. We stayed for six nights. We didn't get housekeeping service and needed to request toilet paper from the front desk every other day. Our access cards failed twice during our stay, and they had to be reissued. Staff was super kind and helpful any time we needed something.

Lots of space, handy microwave and fridge, comfortable beds, lovely to be able to step onto balcony for fresh air. Excellent price for two night stopover travelling through France into Spain by train. Only downside was being asked to take rubbish to garbage area but maybe that was our translation?

Great location but a shame about the toom amenities. A few bits in disrepair, it hadnt been cleaned throughly and the sink was mostly blocked. The staff however were lovely and the man that checked me out was super helpful.

Not great to get some sleep

There was so much noise - each window has a fabric blind on the outside of the building and some of the blinds just flap and bang all night. We hardly slept. There is no air conditioning and the room was sweltering. Not a great place to get some sleep. Bed was rock solid too. Awful nights sleep

Check-in wasn’t smooth, they thought I was a different guest staying one night not two. They couldn’t locate a key for the locked kitchen, got told to go up and check then call them if it was locked. Arrived into the room and only one bed had a duvet, the other just had a sheet and the phone didn’t work. No duvet located for two days, apparently they don’t have any!! Very strange experience. Apartment was large but noisy, you can hear next door opening a door and upstairs/downstairs water flushing/showers etc.

Good apartment if you need a 5+ day visit.

This is an apartment hotel, not a traditional hotel. No service of room until checkout. Staff is friendly. Rooms are big with a kitchenette. Two small towels. No shampoo, only soap in bathroom. Pillows are very old. Room has been recently remodeled. Very cheap TV only works with chromecast and hard to hear. Internet less than 1mbps, so you need a hotspot. Safe does not work. Tea kettle does not work. They do have a washer and dryer, only of each, but very difficult to figure out if you don’t speak French. No help from customer service number. Location is a business district and apartments. Near the Lyon Part Dieu station, 12 min walk. That was why we chose it. Also near a very large mall with shopping and a great food choices. Downstairs Japanese restaurant is excellent.

Struttura nella media, molti dettagli da rivedere (telefono non funzionante, poche stoviglie, pulizia molto approssimativa). Sarebbe necessario introdurre almeno un servizio di pulizia a settimana (noi in 8 giorni non l'abbiamo mai avuto), con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola (possibile ma tutto a pagamento e caro, ad esempio coppia di asciugamani grandi 15 euro, pulizia 40 euro ecc.). Zona della stazione con tutti annessi e connessi, ma comoda per i trasporti da e verso il centro.
