Great Service, slightly odd area

I thought the stay was great. The area around it was okay, but I arrived late in the evening. The service was great and understanding because I had a different time with the doors.

It went very well for me. Frankly, it met my expectations. It has affordable prices, proximity to the center, easy transportation and good service. The room is quite adequate and useful. The rooms are quiet, warm and calm. My roommates were similarly quiet and calm. Toilet and shower easy. Sometimes, depending on the quality of people coming, toilets may not be clean, but this rarely happens.

Good overall!

Nicely decorated reception n dining area, Free welcome drink is a great gesture. The bathroom isn’t clean most of the time, sink area always wet! The neighbourhood isn’t the best area in Lyon, groups of men always hanging around on the street day and night, might be a bit spooky if you’re a sole female traveler

O aubergue e todo reformado, tudo e muito limpo, muito confortavel os banheiros e banho desinfetados. Fiquei doente tive toda a assistencia dos funcionarios. Muito confortavel. E o melhor lugar que ja fiquei.

매우 훌륭한 호스텔 이었습니다.

호스텔을 처음 경험 해보는것이라 걱정이 많았습니다. 하지만 여긴 너무 좋았어요. 정말 깨끗하고 청결했으며 직원분들이 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에도 올일있으면 오고자 합니다.

スタッフは基本的にしっかりしている人が多かったのだが、２０２３年１０月２５日の早朝（午前４時ごろ）に対応していたスタッフが恐ろしいほどよくなかった。まずこちらがどう見ても日本人であり、英語で話しかけているのにずっとフランス語でしゃべり返してきて（まったくしゃべれないわけではないがしゃべろうとしていないのは明らかで（つまり自分がどうしても伝えたいと思うときは英語でしゃべってきているので意図的にフランス語でというかこっちにサービスをしようとしていないのは明らかな態度で））さらに普通のスタッフがいるときは許されていた台所で食器を洗うとかをしようとしたら何をするのかという事をフランス語で言ってきて（向こうの態度で理解したという事ではあるが）食器を洗おうとしていると言って、さらにいつもはそのようなことが許されていたと言っていたらそんなことはないと（これもフランス語で返されているので完全いはわからないが）言い返してきていて、ずっと失礼な態度を取られ続けるので、なんでそちらは英語をしゃべらないのか、スタッフとしておかしいのではないのかと強めに行ったら、急に警察を呼ぶと（そこもまた自分の都合が変わった時には英語を使ってしゃべってはいたが）切ってきて、何の話なのかとにかく英語でしゃべりましょうと言っていたらずっと警察を呼ぶと言っていてなるほど、であるのなら何も言わないと言ってそこに少し休んでいったらそいつは出て行けと言ったんですね。（ここも英語なんですね。（ふざけていますよね。））他の受付の人は極めて良かったか普通であるだけにすさまじいほどの落差で直接ホテルにメールをしてこのスタッフは泊る人に対してまともな対応をしていないという事は伝えるつもりでいるが、そのようなこともあるという事です。受付の人が６時間か８時間で頻繁に変わるところなので、人の対応の差がすさまじくて、そこは気を付けるおが良いのではと思うという事です。昼間の場合はそのようなことは起こりづらいと思うが、夜中の登板でやっている人にはびっくりするぐらい不快なことをする奴がいるという事です。このことはホテルの方に直接報告するつもりでいますが（普通の対応をしてもらうために）、また評価の高いホテルという事になっているようですが、そのような人もいるという事です。

Très sympa

Superbe auberge, très propre. J’aime tout particulièrement le fait de pouvoir choisir la salle de bain que je souhaite utiliser. :) Espace commun très joli et personnel aimable et aidant. Mini-bémol étant que tous les lits ne disposent pas d’une petite étagère qui s’avère très pratique
